Media Release Form

This release form is for all types of media: blogs, videos, social media posts. Anything you will submit to The Conscious Empath for distribution.

Media Agreement and Release

I do hereby agree, constent to, and grant The Conscious Empath (Expand Your Reality LLC) all the rights related to any content I create for The Conscious Empath Website (www.consciousempaths.com) and The Conscious Empath on all channels of social media. From herein forward all content I submit including Blogs, Reels, Videos, Social Media Posts all shall be called "Media".

I understand and agree all "Media" I submit for use under The Conscious Empath is original content and is not found elsewhere including my own website. I agree to create my own unique content for display on all channels, including The Conscious Empath website and all social media channels.

I understand and agree that once I submit "Media" to The Conscious Empath for use, it becomes the property of The Conscious Empath and Expand Your Reality LLC. The Conscious Empath and Expand Your Reality LLC reserve the right to promote and distribute as they see fit. And may use the "Media" in more than one way.

I understand and agree I will receive no monetary compensation for my "media" for any reason. The Conscious Empath and Expand Your Reality LLC reserve the right to collect all funds paid for any and all "Media" on all platforms. By submitting "Media" to The Conscious Empath and Expand Your Reallity LLC you understand and agree that they may collect all funds related to any "Media" you submit.

Nothing contained inside this agreement and release shall be construde to obligate The Conscious Empath or Expand Your Reality LLC as a business agreement of any sort. I understand that by submitting content does not guarantee that the content will be used. Once submitted I have no control over how the content is used.

I am 18 years of age or older and I am fully competent to execute this agreement. I acknowledge that you intend to rely on this release and agreement as my full release of any and all "Media" I may submit on my own behalf. As I result, I agree not to institute any legal action to contest the rights conveyed to you herein.
